In the face of that adversity. In the face of that impossibility, having a belief that with the right focus, with the right team, something positive could actually happen.
John Townsed, CFO: My daughter was diagnosed at, I believe at the age of 12, with Crohn’s disease. The experience that my daughter went through and that my wife and I, as parents went through, gave me a elevated perspective on what the biotech company has to do to make drugs available for patients at a cost that they can afford. And we do it because we want to help humanity in some way. And we do it because we wanna be successful as a company.
Doug Jermask, Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy: Being able to be, to do the things that I do and I’m good at, and, and to apply it to something that, that you’re creating a greater good and, and helping people, patients, their families. To me that’s the, you know, that’s the best that it could be. I mean, how could you do anything better?
Dr. Guru Ready, Vice President of Preclinical R&D: I do what I do in this company or in my life, for example, is that ultimately if my work can help people, you know, to live a better life, better quality of life or for treatment, that’s what Motivates me.
Dr. Pramad Gupta: It’s not because I’m trying to do it because somebody’s asking me, it’s something I internally feel that if we could actually do it, not only would I feel good, but more importantly, people who are part of the problem solving and their memory, we are creating that memories are our, they will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
Dr. Shalabh Gupta, CEO: There is nothing else I would rather do. There is nowhere else I would rather be than to do what I do. And having a team of a driven, motivate people and having the investors we have today and that is really exciting to see something that we developed as a team goes out to patients, the real world and help them.
